In order to reduce wastage, we plan to sell garments that have not 100% passed our quality control checks at a more discounted price. The stock under this department will be slightly defective and have very minor discrepancies which we would not want to charge for at our full price. 

Examples of slight defect include: a small hole (which do not ruin the structure of the entire garment), neck label placed incorrectly. We would like to reiterate these defects are minor as they are very difficult to see once the garment is worn.
