Refund and Exchange Policy

For UK customers:

We aim to keep our customers satisfied so if there is a problem with your order, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery*. The customer will bear the cost of delivery, unless we have sent a wrong item in which case we will cover the cost.

Should you wish to return an item, please email info@newbadawi.com with your proof of purchase, reason for return (we use this to continue improving) and please confirm the product is unworn with all original tags.

For exchanges, please email info@newbadawi.com 

For International customers:

We do not currently offer international refunds or exchanges.
